Pursuant to the provisions of the Investment Trusts Act, certain matters regarding an investment corporation (including modifications to the Articles of Incorporation and appointment/dismissal of the executive officer, supervising officers and independent auditor) shall be decided on at the Unitholders' Meeting that comprises the unitholders of the investment corporation. The unitholders' meeting of SAR shall be held in Tokyo as per its Articles of Incorporation.
The 6th Unitholders' Meeting of SAR was held in October 26, 2023.
